Want to make your own bubbly beverage with fresh fruits/herbs? Let's learn how to maintain and flavor the popular drink kombucha and feed our gut with probiotics.

Join us on September 28 from 2-4pm for Good Food's Kombucha-Making Workshop with Tey Lopez of The Vegan Neighbors kitchen. Participants will go home with a jar of their own scoby and organic fruits to flavor their kombucha.

Tey is a cultural worker and agroecology advocate. He loves fermentation.
He has written and produced community theatre productions about urbanization, displacement, housing rights, the drug war and the aspirations of the marginalized in the urban Metro Manila. He is a team member of Food Today, Food Tomorrow, a coalition of artists and food justice activists, small farmers and urban poor growers working toward food gardens for all, good, clean, and fair food and food sovereignty. He is currently the Agroecology Programme Coordinator of PAN Asia Pacific.
