Meal Prep Club

We recognize that the farmshare can have a steep learning curve - especially for those who share a kitchen with family or friends, beginner cooks, or folks who need accountability when starting a new habit. 

In order to develop and sustain new meal prep habits, we offer the Meal Prep Club!   We've found that learning by cooking with others is one of the easiest ways to add new techniques to your cooking repertoire. For those who find cooking to be a lonely or boring task, we hope this can alleviate some of those pains and you experience some joy and motivation with others.  By cooking in fellowship with those who also want to develop this habit, we hope to empower you when you are in your household kitchen!

The event will be in our cozy, air conditioned office equipped with kitchen basics. With an additional P300 to the basic Small Tampipi farmshare, you get to prepare your veggies with members of the Good Food team who are knowledgeable home cooks. 

By the end of the session, you will have made new accountability-buddies, reinforced practical meal prep techniques, and have some fresh ingredients and cooked food to easily use throughout the week.   Let's work on our meal-prep habit together!
